1 - The promise (Sep 3)

2 - The two grant days
Help Center: existing Plus, Pro, Business users in good standing receive a banked reset on both Sep 3 and Sep 4. New-account cutoffs 10pm PT / 8pm PT. Eligibility varies by plan, region, availability - subject to change.
3 - Gradual rollout + surfaces differ
Astra "rolling out gradually", availability can differ between Chat, Work and Codex. Codex needs CLI 0.153.0+ / latest desktop app. Credits don't accelerate access.
4 - Sep 5 full reset (verify)
Secondary coverage reports a Sep 5 "full banked reset for all Plus, Pro, Business" post with an 8pm PT signup cutoff. Treat as reported until you verify the original X thread yourself.
